HD Mechanic and Alimak Mechanic	Preference will be given to individuals holding an interprovincial / Ontario Diesel Mechanic Licence and experience as a mobile mechanic with Alimak experience.
Front Line Supervisor	Five years experience.  Must possess Ontario Common Core and Supervisor Common Core.
Project Superintendent	Ten plus years experience in alimak mining and five years Supervisor experience.  Must possess Ontario Common Core and Supervisor Common Core.
Development Miners	Experienced Development Miners with Ontario Common Core
Raise Miners	Experienced Raise Leaders and Miners with Ontario Common Core for Mechanized Raise Mining (Leader only)
